Sometimes life throws us curve balls and things we never expected to change do. It is how we react and adapt to change that makes the difference whether it affects us in a positive or a negative way. I have faced one of my worst nightmares the past year and some days I don’t even want to get out of bed but what good would that do? None, at all. If I can teach my children one thing, it would be to bend and not break, to always adapt, become stronger and use the obstacles thrown their way as stepping stones.
